PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
- The large living room is divided into three areas:
- A lounge area with a sofa bed
- A dining table for 4
- An open, fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher)
- The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160cm), very comfortable bedding, and plenty of storage. The adjoining shower room is open and situated to the side of the bedroom.
- Separate toilets complete the space.
WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
After a short stroll down Rue Volta, you can:
- Dash to the supermarket in less than a minute on foot to stock up as soon as you arrive.
- Enjoy the "village" atmosphere of the Montfleury neighborhood by shopping at charming local stores (bakery, pharmacy, wine shop, florist, and supermarket, all within a 5-minute walk)
- Venture into the city center by joining Rue d'Antibes (5 min)
- Wander along the Croisette in less than 10 min
- Reach the Palais des Festivals (12 min on foot)
- Discover the city center on foot

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
