I love the villa; Rey beautiful. The breakfast buffet was ok; nothing special. The room we booked was musty, below ground level and the A/C was broken. So management put us in 2 separate rooms upstairs but charged us 300 euros extra even though it wasn’t our fault or our preference to split up and stay in 2 rooms. The next day they said they fixed the A/C and moved us back down to the original room only to find out that the A/C was still broken so we had to again drag all our suitcases back up 3 flights to the 2 rooms (no elevator). This fiasco and charging us for their lack of maintenance soured me on ever staying there again. Everything else was nice.
