Beautiful 2 very bright rooms. Ideal rental congress canes festival, canes lions, midem. 7 km from the Palais des Congrès in Cannes (estimated 15 minutes by car).

Access: Close to the expressway and a few minutes from the city centers of Antibes-Juan Les Pins and Cannes.
Description: Large terrace and dedicated parking space.
It measures 25m² and has a terrace of 10m².
It is located in Golfe-Juan on the seafront.
Fully equipped (washing machine, TV, sofa bed, double bed, bathroom with large shower, fitted kitchen). U supermarket nearby (5 mins walk), bus outside the residence, Golfe-Juan train station 15 mins walk.
