「O quarto estava bem limpo e arrumado.

「The apartment was spacious, very clean, new and comfortable. Well equipped with a kitchen and all utensils. The patio was fantastic. Hot shower and aircon worked very well.
24 hours security and very helpful front staff during office hours. Fabio speaks perfect English and gave us a lot of help about getting around in the city. He also helped us get a taxi to the airport on a rainy day with busy traffic which was super helpful.
The apartment is close to 2 subway stations where you can...

「Hotel was located in a nice street with easy access to the waterfront restaurants which were all really good. The staff at reception was very professional helpful and friendly. The restaurant however left a lot to be desired, the menu was limited and the breakfast almost inedible.
The cleaning staff could be more efficient and clean the corners of the bathroom which had mold in places. Toiletries expected at a four-star hotel were inadequate. I would have really like bathrobes but was told...
