“We had a very mixed experience at Own Búzios. While the staff was initially very kind and the location is excellent conveniently across from a grocery store and easy to get around the room and maintenance issues were disappointing. We were first checked into a room with a shared bathroom despite booking a Premium Double. Once rectified, the second room had a broken AC. We eventually landed in a third room that felt quite run-down with stained sheets. The garden was poorly maintained, with high……

I just got the classic room but I had friends that got upgrades. I highly recommend the room with jacuzzi!! They were so kind to heat it for us every night before our arrival. The hotel is centrally located to so many restaurants bars and shopping!! No doubt I would stay here again.”
