“Customer service was excellent. The property is beautiful. Close to everything but far enough away to be private.”

“The property was nice for a large family to stay. It fit our entire family which was nice but it’s not shiny new. Road noise at night is obnoxious but we were near the front. The photos make it look perfect but it’s not. The area around is kinda sketchy but it is Jaco Beach. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and the main strip. The staff was the best part of the property. They were super friendly and the activities director was amazing. I would stay at this property again given the cost……

“Realmente nos sentimos como en casa, el personal de seguridad es excelente. Las vistas desde el apartamento son espectaculares, perfecto para desayunar y cenar viendo el mar y la naturaleza. Los atardeceres son mágicos. El único detalle es que cuando llegamos aún en la secadora de ropa había ropa de cama y la cama principal en general podría tener mejor colchón, almohadas y ropa de cama y más limpia. ”

“Staff was very attentive and helpful with anything I needed or any questions I had. They helped set up transportation and booked adventures for me. Will be coming back to stay!”
