「The location has its good and bad. It is located in the center of the city. That means it is very convenient. However, it is located next to the St. Johann Reformed Church. You will hear the clock rings every hour (until 10 or 11pm). You will hear noise (people partying and talking during mid-night). There is no AC, when you shut the windows, you may feel very hot at night. 」

「It's not happy at first because the website said can add bed, means can be one more person to stay. Actually we have 3 people, 2 adults and 1 teens and the hotel website haven't family room or 3 people room to book, so I booked a room for 2. But when we arrived, receptionist said the room for us was too small, asked us to add 500 swiss Franc more for 2 nights to upgards the room. No choice because already paid online. But when we saw the room, it's big, clean and tidy. Beds comforable, we...

「Medieval feel, but well maintained. Toilets were clean, shower was great.
Though check in is from 5pm, can go in earlier in the afternoon to find the pre prepared room key if you have done online check in and paid. The complimentary breakfast was good, with boiled egg, yogurt, cold cuts, cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, fruit, apart from basics like bread and coffee/tea/juice.」
