“It's a nice little place with all the amenities listed. Our family of 4 just wanted to go to the beach for the day and this was a great option as it is close to playa mantas and playa blanca. Chris, the property manager, was very helpful and even gave us some tips on where to park for our trip to the beach. The only criticism we have is that the sofa bed is not comfortable and cannot fit anyone over five foot six. We were hoping to use it for our teenage son but instead he had to share the bed……

“Kitchen was well equipped. Property was neat and clean with plenty of towels and extra blankets for the beds. Nice, gated and quiet community. Disappointing that the gas bbq was replaced with a charcoal bbq and no lighter. Found the bidet pretty much non functional with poor water pressure, plus it didnt drain well and occasionally leaked. Otherwise the bathrooms were nicely appointed . Would have been handy to have a small step stool so shorter people could reach the dishes in kitchen……
