The property is well stocked in every way including kitchen supplies and to my kids pleasant surprise they found a NIKON binoculars which they had a great time looking at birds and the sea . “We were in CR for a month and stayed here for five days. We loved the quiet gated community with a pool and plenty of wildlife. The villa was perfect for us with just a short drive to several beaches and markets. Mary has the house fully stocked to make your beach experience easy for travelers; beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels etc. Our favorite part was watching the monkeys and macaws out by the pool in the evenings. “we had trouble getting the pool/beach club pass. we were told we could pick up at guard shack and they said they would have it the next day. when we went back they said they did not get one so thats when we had to get a hold of property manager and they finally got us a pass.other than that wonderful property, well kept, great for 6 people. with 3 ensuites. thanks”
