“Everything is good and the view is truly spectacular but my main complaint is no AC on the first floor when it was 30c/86f. How can you sleep comfortably at that temperature? If it was a couple then it would be fine because upstairs sleep for 2 has AC. Put an AC downstairs then it would be great. I would not recommend it if it was more than 2 people.”

“Everything was lovely and comfortable at Casa Luminaka. The perfect home away from home for our visit to Playa Grande. Everything we needed and perfectly comfortable. Clean, nice pool. Great communication from our hosts. Just a short walk to the beach. We loved every minute of it. Thank you!”

“Driving to the property is about 95% paved road which is great. The property is plenty large for parking. The view of the ocean is the best every day. The home is very cute and comfortable, everything needed to accommodate is provided. 1 and a half bath with AC unit in the upstairs bed room. It can get pretty cold with the door closed. No one bothers you at all. Local Restaurants and stores are available. The beach is about 3/4 miles from home. Also has washing machine if needed.”

“The road getting there is rough. The hosts and the cabin was great. Loved the cabin and pool. We want to stay again on our next trip!”
