「This was the cutest little townhome style apartment. Beds were located in the small loft, but were comfortable with nice bedding. Apartment has plenty of seating. Kitchen is minimal and not well equipped, but has a mini fridge. Fresh, unlimited, bottled water is offered, which was a nice surprise. The area is up a steep hill and removed from the main traffic, but it was VERY noisy at night with close neighborhood noises and some VERY loud dance music late into the night (we declined to stay...

「If there is a rating of 0/10, i will do it. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. THIS IS A SCAM. Me and my friends (all women) were ghosted by the host despite following all proper communication requirement such as contacting 24 hours before check in. I have attempted to contact the owner months before the day we arrived to let her know we will be checking in late due to our flight. We arrived in Ha Long at midnight, attempted to contact the owner. No answers. No messages. No instructions for the guard...

"totally extraordinary experience over our stay. We enjoyed every moment from checkin and we are still thinking about our stay. Face recognition from check in can avoid any stranger to get on the boat to the exclusive island. The buffet lunch and breakfast are nice lots of selections. Our anniversary dinner at the restaurant near the beach is excellent. The seafood are fresh and delicious. The swimming pool is so nice. Also the sunset is amazing.all employees are so nice and attentive. Also they have a WhatsApp to a staff so that you can ask anything anytime. Totally recommend this hotel"
