“We had a great time at the hotel. Great activities, pools, and facilities on offer. The entire site is well maintained and the indoor spa was a lovely bonus. The rooms were nice and clean with good aircon and our stay was quiet. The location is far from Palma but not impossible to travel with buses or taxis. Hotel breakfast was great ever making with lots of choices. Some more umbrellas near the pool beds would have been nice but that is pretty much the only criticism we could think of!”

“Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und in Sachen Sauberkeit und Ambiente absolut auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.
Leider wurde statt des gebuchten Deluxe-Zimmers mit King-Bed und Balkon zunächst ein barrierefreies Zimmer vergeben. Dieses entsprach optisch und funktional nicht dem gebuchten Standard. Für meinen knapp zwei Meter großen Vater war dies besonders unangenehm, da weder Dusche noch Spiegel für ihn geeignet waren. Trotz sofortiger Reklamation……
