"Beautiful location with a view, large room, beautiful view and access to trails and the ocean. So relaxing! The check in process was nice for convenience and ease, but on the other hand, I did not love the check in process with nobody to speak to in person about issues etc, especially after a certain time in the evening nobody to speak to like your typical accommodation/ hotel, that being said it didn't hinder our stay; we had the best time and would return! "

"Calm water Retreat was a beautiful, quiet, perfectly-maintained home base for our family as we explored the Ucluelet and Tofino area. The property was right off the main road and within walking distance to the center “hub” of Ucluelet; but the the cluster of homes was so cleverly situated facing a small bog inlet and trail that it felt like we were in the middle of the forest. The hot tub and rain shower were especially nice after a long day of hiking or paddling, and the kitchen was very well outfitted. Our host was available but very respectful of our privacy. We will definitely stay here again. "
