You have access to everything at A Wave From It All, Except the garage.
Street parking is available directly in front of the home. Guests are not permitted to park on the grass, or to park in a way that blocks the Sidewalk(you will be ticketed by local law enforcement). The driveway-reserved for guest in the onsite Separate ADU above garage which may or may not be occupied during your stay.

This is a smoke- free property. Smoking is not permitted in the Home or on porches. Violations will result in extra cleaning fees and possible immediate termination of your reservation. An exterior butt bin in back of the property is available for guests use.

You have self check in via a WIFI keyless entry. You access code is the last 4 digits of the phone number that you made the reservation with. Upon arrival TO ENTER the Unit you will enter the last 4 DIGITS of your reservation phone number, then wait to see the BLUE CHECK MARK IN THE LOWER LEFT HAND CORNER OF THE KEY PAD the door is then available to open. TO LEAVE: Close the door and press the LOCK ICON in the lower right hand corner of the key pad, then you will see a BLUE CHECK MARK -this means the door is locked, check the handle to ensure and you can go off and enjoy your day.

THERMOSTATS: There are 2. 1 in the first floor hallway across from the 1/2 bath. The other is in the 2nd floor hallway.
FIREPLACE-Is remote control which is only available during the winter season.

You are on vacation, so please use the dishwasher. Dishes are never to be washed and put away by the guest.

We have added strict cleanliness guidelines to ensure everyone's enjoyment during your stay.

Day of Departure:
– Please in the AM load dishwasher/1 detergent POD-under sink and turn on Quick Wash prior to leaving, Housekeeper will put away dishes upon her arrival.
– Used Bath/kitchen Towels and bath mats/rugs are to be loaded in washer, 1 laundry pod and turned on to Quick wash in the AM of departure.
– Housekeeper will strip the beds. Please leave all linens in place.
-***If you used the Trundle, Murphy, Porta Cribs and Ottomon Bed please leave open or lets us know so that the housekeeper is aware to clean.
– All trash is to be bagged and put in the trash Can next to the garage. If not bagged the garbage men will not pick up.
– Please do not use the towels provided to wash off make up. There are Black makeup wash cloths provided. Otherwise regretfully I will be forced to place an upcharge of $15 per towel that is stained.
