Beautiful house

Very comfortable new house with upscale appliances and large windows for great outdoor views! Loved the screen porch with heater for chilly fall days! Only recommendation is a colander for the kitchen!

Beautiful, New, and Clean!

I believe this was the first season for this house as it was just completed before this summer (2024). The house is gorgeous - the views and the light from the many windows are splendid, especially in the master! The rooms are spacious and the furniture is very comfortable. The lower level room is a pull out couch with a love seat, which was fine, but I do think they could benefit with adding bunk beds somewhere. This was our 5th year staying in Bay Creek for our annual family vacation and while the house was great, it did lack a few things that we have noticed our other houses did provide. There were basic things in the kitchen, but they could add other cooking essentials besides salt and pepper. They should hook up a hose to go out front because there is only a shower in the back, but this was inconvenient to wash down sandy feet, kids, adults, and beach equipment because you had to carry everything to the back. They should enclose the shower outside. There should be access to a vacuum - we only found a broom and a Swiffer. The shells on the driveway are pretty, but very sharp on bare feet! There are NO blinds or curtains on any of the windows or sliding doors - I'm assuming because it is such a new house, but it made sleeping in impossible. They should also leave instructions for the living room TV and surround sound system. Otherwise, we loved the house! See you next year, Cape Charles!
