“Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience! On a brighter note, the front desk staff were incredible. Their service was top-notch and made our……

“Setting is great but everything is old.”

“For the first time ever we experienced a rude staff member here. At first they had given me a hard time about the card being put on file. We have been staying here for 7 years,multiple times a year, we have never experienced this type of issue. Then when I asked for an extra towel later on for the room I was met with confrontation, an eye roll, and frustration. It was myself and 3 kids staying in the room. I had asked for one singular extra towel as we had to use our room towels for the pool……

“Very dated inside the unit but otherwise clean and comfortable for most part. Could use updating for the $188 per night price tag. Owner friendly and a quiet stay. AC worked well.”

“Bathroom was small. Little space to put anything in. Old fashioned. Room smaller than others we stayed in. Ice buckets but no ice except from the manager. We have had better at red horse inn.”

“This is a very clean and functional motel just minutes away from the ferries to the islands. It is an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Falmouth, too. The staff person was delightful - friendly and helpful. Great place to stay to catch early morning ferry.”

“Check in was extremely easy and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Property was quiet and serene. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Would stay here again!”

“整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。”

“这家渡假村靠海边，走几步路就是个小沙滩，上面有很多鲎的空壳。可以看日落，但是角度还不是很好。房间很小，床更小只够睡一个人，另外一个睡在沙发上，沙发看起来脏，要自己带个床单铺上才能睡。带个小厨房，烧点开水喝0k，煮东西不行火太慢”

“Our stay was great, absolutely no issues. The gentleman that was there when we checked in was incredibly kind and the woman who worked there offered us some spare coolant she had when I was checking the fluids of our car! Every one was so kind. Nice place to stay”
