"I think for what it was, the price was very reasonable. It was on the beach, I had an ocean view and a balcony, and a full, small kitchen. It was showing some wear, and some of the surfaces were a little beat up, but that's what I would expect at that price. You should know that it's a little out of town and not within walking distance of a restaurant. However, if you have a car, town is just a seven minute drive away. I would definitely stay here again."

"Terrific service. Hardwood floors in room are terrific idea to keep sand in check when returning from the beach. Room was very comfortable. When going downtown I highly recommend taking the provided shuttle. Everything is near the drop off point, and trying to find parking is almost impossible."

"Great location, close to P-town and recently renovated. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was simple, but all we needed. Staff were very friendly. The only issue we had was the sound that carried between rooms. We were kept up both nights by our neighbours talking in their room."

"Loved the hotel and can’t speak more highly of the staff. Only disappointment was the restaurant and grounds were closed our second night due to a private function. Our first night was rained out so giving up our last night to a private party was unfortunate. Maybe in the future they will open some part of the property for hotel guests to enjoy while accommodating a private party."

"Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean it was, and how safe I felt at the property. I read some of the previous reviews and was a little nervous but upon arrival, I was completely at ease. The room was very spacious, updated, clean, and everything was in working order. It had a nicer than usual coffee hot and ion blow dryer. Those are some nice touches. Breakfast was wonderful as well."
