Welcome to Villa TEAL PARADISE, your newly constructed haven nestled along the tranquil waters of a wide freshwater canal. This exquisite vacation home invites you to experience the epitome of luxury living with its splendid features and modern amenities.

As you step into the outdoor oasis, a heated pool and spa beckon you to unwind beneath the warm Florida sun. The patio, adorned with a dining area and BBQ, becomes the perfect setting for delightful gatherings and al fresco dining, creating unforgettable moments with family and friends.

This meticulously designed villa boasts 3 bedrooms, including a versatile Den featuring a sleeper sofa and desk for added convenience. The Master Bedroom greets you with a lavish King-size Bed and opens up to two walk-in closets leading to an en-suite bathroom. The modern masterpiece of the master bathroom boasts stunning tiles in the shower area, with a free-standing tub as the focal point adjacent to a spacious walk-in shower.

The two Guest Suites, each adorned with a Queen Size Bed, provide cozy retreats for a restful night's sleep. The Guest bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and single vanity, conveniently connects to the outside pool area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

The expansive Living Area is designed for comfort, featuring a plush sofa and two recliners, while the modern, fully equipped kitchen invites culinary exploration. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or enjoying a casual snack, this space caters to all your culinary desires.

We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal.
Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.

Enjoyable!!

Top rating! Very clean; very well furnished both in furniture and extras. You can cook or bake anything (and grill). Any utensil you needed was available. Equipment was available for bike riding, hiking and beaching. Pool and accessories were all clean and usable. We could have moved right in. It was hard to leave at the end of two weeks.
