The main bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom is located on the left side of the house while the 2 guest suites are located on the other side of the house sharing an upgraded bathroom with a tub shower tub combo.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
