Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home sleeps 10 to 12 & is located in Cape Coral in the pelican subdivision. The location is perfect for travelers who are looking to not only travel to the wonderful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast but also a close drive to Fort Meyer, Sanibel Island, as well as Captiva Island.
This home features updates throughout as well as pool & hot tub, outdoor tvs, & privacy fenced yard.

Nicely remodeled home

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The king-sized bed was comfortable and it had a nice shower in the master bathroom. The best part was the owner got back to us within seconds and addressed questions and concerns. It would be helpful to know how to operate Roku TVs. (There are 5 of them.). We figured it out! Thanks for sharing your home.
