“Very clean and well maintained. The furniture and appliances are very new. Our concerns are the property manager should list the house rules in the rental listing. We found out a few days before our stay and after the final payment was made that either you bring your own linens,towels, and wash cloths or wash and dry everything you use before you leave. “My wife and I wanted to stay close to the Philadelphia area after our wedding in Bucks County. We found the Cape Roc listing on VRBO & from the time we booked our stay I felt the host was very friendly & accommodating! My wife unfortunately got sick the first morning we woke up in Cape May , but we were able to still entertain ourselves with the amenities in the condo until she was able to do some shopping & dining a day later. “We stayed there this past weekend and the condo was in amazing condition and very nice and modern. It had 2 very safe and large parking spots and 2 very nice sized bedrooms and a nice and very modern living room and kitchen area. Very convenient for a nice and classy place to get some coffee and breakfast and a short walk to downtown Cape May. The nice screened in porch will be very nice in the summertime. The owners always got right back to me to answer questions that I had.”

Things to consider, no towels or blankets, sheets, etc provided which can be hard to bring if not enough room in your car. Property owner was a pleasure to work with when an issue occurred with check in.”

“The apt was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils. The parking was tandem (one car blocking the other car in), which was workable. There are no closets in 2 of the bedrooms and the bunk bedroom is EXTREMELY small. I have been going to CM for decades. The location is a block away from the ACME at the end of the Washington St Mall. Very convenient to many things, less convenient to the beach. We were given 2 keys, so that required some juggling. “The condo was incredibly clean. That's a big point for me and my family. The location was terrific, right across from the BBQ grills and and next to the laundry and trash area. “This apartment is perfect for a couples getaway, it’s quaint but you aren’t here to sit in your room. The place is clean, quiet, and close to everything. The only downside is it’s located on the third floor so you have to lug stuff up the steps for the stay and there isn’t really any outside place to leave your Sandy items. Also NO PARKING! And with at least 7 places on premise you risk having to park far away while loading and unloading.”

My fault for not noticing in the description that it’s a second floor apartment, which was fine for us but noting here as it’s alot of steps and would be difficult for folks with mobility issues. Owner communicated clearly and check in and out were easy. We would stay here again for sure!”
