We do have two security cameras on the exterior of the property. One is at our front door and one is on the pool in the backyard for safety.

By renting our property and accepting our rules, you agree to the following in order to use our swimming pool and bunk beds:
1. Waive any claim or cause of action against and release from liability the property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any liability for injuries to my person or property resulting from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above;
2. Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any claims, causes of action, or liability to any other person arising from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above

Our lush gardens and privacy trees do produce foliage in the pool. Please rest assure we do have pool cleaning and servicing 2x per week and all chemicals are balanced. Due to flexible check in days and 2 night minimums, pool cleaning may happen during your stay. Please be sure to add your dogs to the reservation so it will calculate the correct charge based on your stay. We permit up to 2 well behaved house broken dogs per stay.
