Newly renovated 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, inground pool, onsite parking, 1st floor master suite, pet friendly and close to everything (.4 miles from house to beach entrance).

Full access to the entire house.

While not on site I am always available and have local trades people to handle almost any issue. You can always call me through the site.

This is one of the nicest streets in West Cape May. Tree lined with a real neighborhood feel. Just a few steps to Broadway which leads you right to the beach. We love this block so much we own four homes GoldSky Cottage at 107 Second Avenue, GoldSky Cottage Too at 108 Second Avenue and GoldSky Cottage To Bee at 112 Second Avenue (this house), check them out. Each house has an inground pool, first floor master suite and are dog friendly.

Both on site and street parking available. Everything is within walking distance.

Beach badges and beach equipment are not included because they very quickly get lost or stolen.

The house was perfect for my family of 9! Plenty of room…loved the open floor plan for the kitchen-dining room- living room! Huge live-edge table that seats 12 easily! High end accoutrements such as Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, craft ice maker, wine door on fridge, spacious walk-in showers, double sinks in most bathrooms! Very close location to Sunset Liquors, Washington Street Mall and Westside Market. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Lovely Week at the Beach

My family and I had a great week at the beach. The kitchen is updated but the rest of the house is a little tired. I can't wait to see what it looks like after they renovate. Definitely worth it as one of the cheaper options that we found.
