DOG FRIENDLY Charming Bayside Cottage

Charming DOG FRIENDLY 2 bedroom ranch style vacation rental located in the bayside neighborhood of North Cape May. Central air, hardwood floors, outdoor shower, and updated furniture throughout the home. The property also features an airy back deck overlooking the large rear yard which is fenced-in for private enjoyment. Located within biking distance to the Delaware Bay, Cape May Lewes Ferry, and other local attractions! Bedroom 1: King, Bedroom 2: Queen, Living Room: queen sleeper sofa, Hall Bath with tub/shower, outside shower. $150 pet fee reflects price for bringing one dog, limit to dogs under 30 pounds, no more than 2 dogs permitted. This is a wonderful cottage with a very big fenced-in back yard. I would rate it a 5-star but the property lacked some of the wonderful things about the usual vrbo experience, which has to do with renting from a home in use by the owners. Compared to most of our experiences with vrbo, this house needed to be better equipped, from bath rug, to detergent, etc. I assume that because this is actually owned by a real estate agent, the experience was different. That said, the check-in and check-out processes were excellent, the cottage is beautiful and comfortable,especially if you bring your pup, and the location is outstanding.

We loved the location and swimming in the bay with its dog-friendly and uncrowded beach. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning effective for good nights of sleep. The backyard was a pleasure for our city dog and we all loved the outdoor shower. There need to be some small repairs for this to be an excellent stay but that’s very doable.

Very clean small house in quiet neighborhood, very close to beach. Very comfortable bed. Needs better blinds on windows. No privacy.

We had a wonderful in north Cape May. The house was splendid and the surrounding clean and quiet. The beach of the bay was close by and very relaxing.

Perfect for what I needed

This house was perfect for my stay. Also, the house is in the perfect spot - close to the bay/ beaches, the ferry, the ACME, and restaurants within walking distance. The home could use some TLC, but overall it is perfect for a couple or small family.

Property was clean, and a location was great. The yard was large and nice for our dogs. I give the property five stars, but it comes with a caveat. No large pot or large frying pans in the cabinet, I had to purchase both. I also would've liked a light that worked in the sunroom . But overall the property was nice
