「This rental far exceeded our expectations! It was more than a house… it was home! Every room was extremely clean and brilliantly decorated. Our stay coincided with weather of extremely high temperatures but we were more than comfortable as the house has fantastic air conditioning. It was about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Cape Neddick Beach and Harbor /Lobster Pound Restaurant. I will recommend this house to all my family and friends.」

「This property is exactly what is described in the listing. Although it is in the middle of the Perkins Cove activity, it is very peaceful. We spent 90% of our time on the lovely balcony listening to the waves. It is very comfortable and would consider staying here again.」
