“Boutique hotel in one of oldest houses in central Cape Town.Location excellent for walking to all major sites in area.Staff went out of their way to help.”
“Such a unique hotel! So eclectic and warm at the same time. Service was amazing and the room was impeccable. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it. ”
“We stayed in the hotel twice, with a brief trip to Safari in between (the hotel was happy to hold one bad in between which was much appreciated).
It's a very well located hotel, so close to some fantastic bars, coffee shops and restaurants (Rosetta Roastery, Nikkei & Clarkes particular local highlights for us). The rooftop bar and pool is a lovely spot to watch the sun go down.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would happily return.”
“The staff at this charming, boutique establishment were the most welcoming and helpful I have ever encountered, with a level of service and hospitality exceeding any reasonable expectations.”
“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly generous and hospitable. The kitchen and dryer definitely came in handy for the rainy days we experienced.”
“location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference.
We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window.
The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it.
The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience.
In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.”
“The Grey and its staff were great: incredibly helpful and so nice. When/if we go back to Cape Town, we will stay there again, and will also recommend to all our friends. ”
