Discover Odeon Towers 810, a beautifully appointed self-catering
apartment situated on the 8th floor of a complex along the scenic Beach
Road in Strand. This spacious two-bedroom apartment boasts stunning sea
views, making it the perfect retreat for families or small groups,
comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom
with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom comes
with two single beds and provides access to a shared bathroom with a
shower. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances,
including an oven, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and
washing machine. The kitchen seamlessly connects to the living space,
which includes a dining table, a cozy lounge area, and a flat-screen
TV, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of adventure with
large windows boasting breathtaking mountain and ocean views while
allowing for an abundance of natural light and fresh air to fill the
room.

To ensure your comfort, the apartment also offers complimentary Wi-Fi
and secure parking. Guests can enjoy the use of the complex’s communal
swimming pool and braai area, ideal for relaxation and socialising.

Odeon Towers 810 is ideally located as beach is just across the street
from the building, making it easily accessible within a few steps.and
surrounded by natural beauty. Strand, a vibrant seaside town nestled
between the Hottentots Holland Mountains, offers 5 km of pristine
beachfront and is home to one of the safest swimming spots in the
country. The lively promenade features cafes, restaurants, and coffee
shops, and is just a 40-minute drive from Cape Town. Strand provides
easy access to the Helderberg wine routes, Somerset Mall, and scenic
coastal drives, making it a great base to explore the area’s natural
beauty, wine estates, and attractions such as whale watching during the
season.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 66 Beach Road, Strand

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
