Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig aber mitten im Zentrum. Unser Host war ständig im Kontakt mit uns und betreute uns hervorragend

The apartment is superbly located with a 15 minute walk to the Waterfront along safe and lit canal paths. It has views front and back of Table Mountain and the docks and Table Bay. Very spacious and clean and managed by staff who contact by what’s app and are available when needed. However it is not part of the hotel Kitchen and bathrooms were great and the bedrooms spacious and comfortable A fantastic find and hope to return!

The unit was quite large and had several useful appliances including an iron and ironing board. However, properly was described as luxury but was not at all. I would grade it two-star. Building was under construction. Barely any hot water. Shower/tub configuration in one bedroom made it impossible to wash without getting water on the floor. Towels were threadbare. Paint was peeling on walls and everything was old and tired and due for a replacement. Combo washer/dryer had no instructions and would not dry clothing.

I have stayed in these before and it's hit and miss with the rooms. The room this time around was very tired and run down. Things were broken and worn out and there were problems with the windows that were not resolved during my stay. If these all got sorted then the property is good and an excellent location for working at the centre.

Location was good. Place itself was quite nice, not very clean but not bad. We had no heat for three of our four nights there and no extra blankets. It was very cold. Finally got two very small heaters for the last night that helped a bit with the bedrooms only. The morning we were leaving they let me know they could not store our luggage even though it is listed as an amenity. I had to scramble to find luggage storage for the day which was very expensive and almost made us late for our tour that day. I would recommend the building/place itself. I would not recommend staying with the people who managed this unit.

This was a very nice apartment, well furnished in a great location NEAR the V&A waterfront area. There are two hotels in the immediate area with restaurants and bars. We did have two maintenance issues which were addressed immediately by our host. The last was a water heater that failed necessitating moving apartments on the final night of our stay. Also, our first apartment was supposed to have a washer and dryer however there was no dryer.

Pro: The property was spacious and comfortable. Within 20min walk to main V&A waterfront. Con’s: Messaged week prior to stay to book airport shuttle as advertised- but no response. Day before stay finally told to book uber. Was told not to go to address that was in ad. Was sent to another building across the road. Wasn’t given a proper address, which caused confusion with taxi driver. A lot of the light switches didn’t work, and couldn’t change air conditioning unit. Cabinet in kitchen was damaged. No close by groceries store to be able to buy milk ect.

Property was nice size, location worked for me. Property needed a few minor things repaired, but they did not affect and enjoyable stay. Was met given keys and tour of property and they were also gracious with extra time for my checkout. I would not only recommend but would definitely stay there again
