Brand New Modern De Waterkant Apartment

Newly built modern 1 bedroom in popular De Waterkant with its cobbled streets and colourful houses. The building features a communal rooftop deck with ocean views, swimming pool and braai/bbq facilities. Ideal for leisure or business travel, this apartment is a 5 minute drive to the CBD and CTICC, and just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the world famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. Within walking distance of many attractions including the V&A Waterfront.

THE SPACE : 
Located on the 5th floor of a newly build block in De Waterkant. This apartment features stylish, functional design with a modern, open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge opening onto the balcony. The well fitted kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Other amenities include: compact storage unit, free uncapped wifi internet, Netflix, satellite TV, parking in the secure underground basement, lift from ground floor, intercom access control and 24-hour manned security.

Please note that the building has implemented a new strict no-smoking & bad misbehavior policy within the building

You will be asked to sign a form agreeing to the rules & building conduct.

Any breach of these rules by the building will lead to a fine and an immediate eviction. Please take this seriously

The stay was very good, although, I was a little surprised since the apartment appeared much larger in the photos. But, we did enjoy the stay there. I had a heck of a time paying before they allowed us to enter. All in all, enjoyed the stay.
