The receptionist completely misallocated our booking which forced 4 of us to sleep in 1 room, with no additional bedding and no towels. My one son slept on the floor and the other decided it was more comfortable to sleep in the car! The administration accused me of mis-booking, and when I showed them the correct booking on Expedia, they promptly blamed Expedia! Zero accountability on their part.
