“We stayed in Cooktown for two nights at your poorly maintained motel. The room did not look like it had been cleaned, the shower had its own personal fountain and needed maintenance. There were no towels at all. For the price of the basic room with its kitchenette was ridiculous. Definitely not recommend this motel to anyone. ”

“We've stayed at this lodge aeveral times before. The staff and management are always helpful and courteous. The room is spacious comfortable and clean. The grounds are tidy and it's lovely sitting outside watching the world go by. ”

“Great room very clean, no check in staff , had to ring a phone number on arrival but other than that it was great , we were the only people in the place , aircon was fantastic 😎. ”

“Was disappointed in my stay. The hot water went cold within a few minutes every night for a shower and the aircon was absolutely filthy inside. I can only imagine what it was blowing out into the room.”
