「客戶服務員非常友善。由於我們到達時間是晩上7:30，客戶服務已幫助完成check in, 並開啟了air conditioning! 很細心。房間也很整潔，我們5人（包括2位小童）渡過了一個舒適的晚上。」

「Facility appears to have modernised recently. Very nice to walk into the room. Water scalding hot for shower, so that was a beautiful surprise. Riya at reception - outstanding. Asset to the place. Nice BBQ area in full view of room. Could leave kids in room and felt safe about it」

「TV and remote old and had to contact staff to get it to work. Opened the freezer in the fridge on arrival and water spilled out onto the carpet which was very wet the whole time. The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting.」

「Great situation for local exploration, excellent position to get to Sydney, especially outer Sydney or the coast. Wonderful food experiences close by.」

「The rooms have been very recently refurbished and the room was clean and well designed. It had only just been renovated and a nail was protruding from under the carpet which I managed to walk on and gashed my foot. Told the manager whilst eating dinner downstairs in the pub. He thanked me for alerting home to the fact. He went to our room with a hammer to remove the danger. Thought it might have been a nice gesture to have said can I get you two a drink on the house. But no. A little...
