The Rustico house is located in the east of Lake Garda in Pesina, just 7 km from the shore and the beach (11 minutes by car). Here, you can relax in the greenery with views of the surrounding mountains and forget the stress of everyday life. The modernly furnished house features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and accommodates 4 people. Amenities also include satellite TV and a fireplace.



Spend pleasant hours in the private outdoor area of the house and prepare fresh meals on the barbecue to enjoy with your loved ones on the open terrace, which is equipped with a sunshade.



Just a 3-minute walk from the accommodation, you will find a restaurant (270 m). You can reach a mini-market with groceries and a bakery after a 12-minute walk (1 km), while a winery is only a 4-minute walk away (350 m). The town of Garda on the lake of the same name is less than 10 minutes away by car (6 km). Here, you can stroll along the promenade, take a boat trip, or enjoy an espresso in the numerous cafés.



One free parking space per accommodation is available on the property. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage mit Abstrichen

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern (2 und 4 Jahre alt) für 7 Tage am Gardasee und hatten in dieser Zeit das Apt. Rustico als Unterkunft. Prinzipiell ist es ein schönes Haus mit großzügigem Außenbereich. Auch die ruhige Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu nahen Ausflugszielen ist super. Allerdings gibt es einige Abstriche zu nennen: So hatten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes 6-7 Stromausfälle (die Nachbarn waren nicht betroffen) ohne dass wir Elektrogeräte ein- oder ausgesteckt haben. Vom Wohnzimmersofa geht ein Hundegeruch aus, der nicht aufdringlich aber erwähnenswert ist. Aufgrund des stehenden Wassers des im Garten stehenden Brunnens gab es sehr viele Stechmücken, die den Außenbereich nur bedingt nutzbar machen. Die Hochgeladenen Fotos wurden mit Weitwinkelobjektiv aufgenommen und lassen die Räumlichkeiten größer erscheinen als sie tatsächlich sind. An einigen Ecken und Fenstern gab es Spinnenweben und unter dem Sofa waren Hundehaare. So stimmt aufgrund der Summe der Kritikpunkte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.
