"Our stay was so good that we actually extended by additional nights. Vens was very helpful in facilitating us to stay in the same room. We viewed Lagoon Premier rooms which are more expensive upon check in. Specifically, we viewed the block that are on the left when coming from Reception. In our view, Lagoon Deluxe are nicer than those. Upon check out, we viewed Lagoon Premier rooms on the right hand side coming from Reception. We believe that this are the newest rooms in the resort and / or certainly appear to be the most recently refurbished. Rooms 74, 76, and 78 are the ground floor Premier options that are nicest of the Premier rooms (guessing that 75, 77, and 79 are the upstairs version of them). That said, we were very happy with our Deluxe room (room 9) and would gladly stay in it again. One small issue was that the hairdryer did not work, but we didn't need it urgently, so we just told them upon check out."
