A fantastic paradise to stay! Brunella and Giovanni are lovely people who make you feel very welcome and have plenty ideas what to visit. The house is lovely, well equiped and spacious for 2. The outdoor space is briliant, you can choose plenty of sunny or shadow places. And with the best view ever at Lake Como you don’t want to leave the house at all. We surely come back! Thank you Brunella and Giovanni!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf den Comer See. Es ist super und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet, absolut sauber und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Man muss einige Treppen steigen, aber dafür hat man auch Zugang zum See, in dem man jederzeit schwimmen kann. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Carate Urio.Katrin und Lutz, Juli 2026

Fantastisch! Brunella und Giovanni sind tolle Gastgeber, die Verständigung klappte perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, es ist "Alles" da und noch ein bisschen "Mehr" für einen sorgenfreien Urlaub. Der Seeblick, die kleinen, einladenden Plätzchen im Garten, die alten großen Bäume sind wunderschön. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch an heißen Tagen angenehm temperiert, im Wohn- und Esszimmer sorgt eine Klimaanlage für kühle Temperaturen. Ein Parkplatz ist in der Nähe vorhanden. Großen Dank an Giovanni für seine guten Tipps und sein Entgegenkommen. Wir können die Unterkunft mit diesen Gastgebern nur empfehlen.

Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse, leur sens du contact et pour tous les renseignements précieux qu'ils nous ont donnés pour visiter la région du lac de Come . A place to enjoy in peace, with a house that feels like home

Wunderschöne Location!!!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, serviceorientiert und sehr sympathisch. Das Haus hat einen Kamin und verfügt über alles, was man braucht, um den Aufenthalt zu genießen. Die Lage ist sensationell, der Ausblick ein Traum! Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Une expérience formidable !

Gîte d'une parfaite propreté situé dans le magnifique jardin d'une superbe propriété. Le logement est vaste, confortable, très bien situé, très bien équipé et la vue sur le lac y est exceptionnelle. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, parlent le français couramment et donnent d'excellents conseils sur les excursions à faire, sur les moyens de transport à utiliser, sur les restaurants du secteur et sur les magasins pour faire les courses. Tout était parfait ; nous avons passé un formidable séjour et nous y retournerons !

Sehr entspannend und zum runter kommen ist es genau die richtige Lage. Hier hat man auf jeden Fall seine Ruhe und kann die Aussicht genießen. Allerdings gestaltet es sich mit Shoppen ( z.B. Souvenirs, Köstlichkeiten etc…) in der Nähe als etwas schwieriger - da sollte man schon in die größeren Städte fahren. Restaurants und Kaffee‘s gab es genug im Umkreis.

Traumhaus im Paradies

Der Comer See scheint dem Paradies entlehnt ! Carate Urio ist eines der zahlreichen kleinen Orte am zauberhaften Westufer des Sees. Das Haus ? Wunderbar ! Stilvoll und elegant eingerichtet, die Lage und die Aussicht sind unbeschreiblich schön. Brunella und Giovanni sind zuvorkommende und nette Vermieter. Ein absoluter Tipp !

San Souci and it’s hosts was Beyond our Expectations!

My wife and I enjoyed a magnificent week enjoying the well manicured gardens, fabulous lake Como view, warm and inviting hosts Giovanni and Brunella and their tremendous Villa. We had previously stayed at Villa D’Este for our honeymoon and found that Sans Souci offered so much more for us. We enjoyed all the surrounding villages and restaurants and felt compelled to return to the villa just to relax and take in the views and sounds of birds and church bells. Truly one of our best vacation experiences. Thank you Brunella and Giovanni. We will return.

"In august we spent a nic...

"In august we spent a nice holiday with our 2 daughters in carate urio in the house of Brunella and Giovanni C. The house has very tasteful furniture and is perfectly arranged. Our children lived in the bedroom and we enjoyed a fantastic view of the lake and the sunrise over the mountains from our sleeping couch in the living room. The shade on the hammock below the palmtrees makes you feel as in a dream. Family c. was always helpful and we were given different suggestions for restaurants and walking routes arround the Lago di como. We strongly recommend this house for your next holiday."

Klein und fein in wirklich schöner Umgebung

Ein schönes Ferienhaus, mit allen ausgestattet was man braucht, in toller Lage. Sehr gepflegt mit großzügigem Garten. In Wirklichkeit auch noch schöner, als auf den Bilder, Brunella und Giovanni sind wirklich reizende Gastgeber, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dank eines Ausflugstipps (einer von vielen) waren wir auf dem italienischen Balkon mit atemberaubender Sicht. Carate Urio liegt für viele Ausflüge einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele Grüße vom Bodensee an den Comer See.

Kleinod am Comer See in Carate Urio

Wir haben uns im Haus Sanssoucis von Brunella und Giovanni sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die malerische Lage und Nähe zum See hat unser Urlaubsgefühl abgerundet. Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles hat hervorragend funktioniert. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die beiden Terrassen laden zum Entspannen ein und bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. Ein zugehöriger überwachter Parkplatz ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafter Seeblick

In der Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Seeblick und einem sehr schönen Garten, im kleinen Örtchen Carate Urio, 10Km nördlich von Como, lässt es sich gut erholen. Die sehr herzlichen Vermieter versorgen dich mit Insiderinformationen für Wanderungen, Ausflüge und Restaurants, die immer zutreffen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe hat alles für den täglichen Bedarf an Essen. Kleiner Nachteil, der Parkplatz ist ca. 300 Meter entfernt, und es ist ständig etwas steil zum Laufen. Mann sollte gut zu Fuß sein.
