WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM.
Rental agreement is required with ID verification.
Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly by approval only. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted with payment of a $50 pet fee per stay. All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Pets must be house-trained and properly supervised at all times. Pets may not be left unattended inside the property unless securely crated. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Guests are fully responsible for any damages, additional cleaning, pest treatment, or violations resulting from pets.

I almost don’t want to write this review because I don’t want everyone else to find out about this incredible little gem, but it really deserves it. When I first saw the photos, I honestly thought it might be too good to be true, but the place was exactly as advertised — and even better. The communication was great before check-in, access was easy, and everything felt smooth from start to finish. The suite was super clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with a true open feel that made it seem more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The location is fantastic if you’re staying near SIU. I was able to walk everywhere, grab groceries, and basically have my own little apartment for a few days while visiting Carbondale. For anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish place close to campus, this is absolutely worth the price. My only complaint is that I hope there’s still a room available the next time I’m in town.

Great value for the space. The building and the entryway/stairs are very industrial, but the unit itself is just as pictured, clean and comfortable. Quiet building, although the surrounding streets were a bit noisy. (Not surprising right across from SIU.) It's the perfect location if you're visiting campus.

Great location for SIU events

We were in town for a swim meet at SIU and this was perfect. Right across the street from campus. Property was clean, and the host communicated well. Would definitely stay here again.
