Absolutely loved staying at the retreat.

Absolutely loved staying at the retreat. Danny and Helen are extremely welcoming, nothing is too much trouble (even helped to fix my car) ((be careful reversing in and out of drive, can be quite tight)). Beautiful view to wake up to, beds very comfortable. Welcome pack extremely useful and offered fresh eggs daily from their chickens. Local walks are beautiful. Within about 30-40 minutes drive from Caerphilly castle, Aberfan, Abergavenny, Pontypool, Cardiff, Barry Island and many other places of interest.Local pub (drive 5 mins) serves good food. Free WiFi in the cottage.My phone would lose signal in the valleys (Tesco mobile) but my friend's did not (not sure of their network).Highly recommend.
