This was actually the most HORRIFIC experience I've ever had at a property rental. I would highly recommend you DO NOT book this property. Multiple reasons:-I clearly stated & registered my pet cat. Less than 24 hours prior to my check-in, when I was well on my way to the property, I received an email requesting 20 as a pet fee be sent to bank details. I emailed stating their policy clearly states all fees included, but they stated I would not be allowed to check in unless I sent a screenshot of my payment. As I was less than 1 hour away from arriving, I sent the 20 and proof of payment-The apartment was clearly not vacuumed or cleaned, despite a cleaning fee. Examples (see pictures) include multiple visible strands of hair in the bedroom, bathroom, shower, kitchen, and living room, among other visible debris big enough for me to pick up, as well as brown liquid splatter marks in kitchen & bedroom surface areas-There was no toilet paper in the washroom or washroom cupboard, kitchen cupboards, or the locked bedroom cupboard. After contacting the management company, & waiting over 1 hour, they sent over instructions to open a shed outside of the property to get toilet paper. There was no toilet paper in the shed. They stated they could have a team member come the next day & bring toilet paper-Wifi was not working for first 24 hours. Contacted company; wifi then displayed, is shared & lower than dial-up speed. Contacted property, did nothingSO much more but no space
