Guests travelling by road should exit the M4 at J29 and take the A48M following signs to Cardiff. The deposit amount is tailored to the duration of your stay, seasonal considerations, and the size of your party. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
