“Sunshine retreat villa 7 is a comfortable, clean, well appointed unit with many good facilities. However while there are 2 split systems and 2 TV's, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom, only one of the remote controls was working so we had to keep taking it from one room to the other. Also the bedroom tv wasn't working at all. This villa is in an excellent location near the main street about 10 min walk into town.”

“We had an incredible stay. The place was perfect, location incredible. Very comfortable and very welcoming. Easy check in and check out. Cannot fault this place. If we come back down to the Peninsula this is where we will stay again and again ”

“The house was beautiful for a few days off. The owner came down a day before we checked out and he was wonderful. However cleanliness was just not to standard. We paid for air fresheners, rubbish bags, toilet paper, cleaning wipes and sprays. The pool was unclean and wasn’t usable as the agent initially telling us to just flick the switch on then claimed that it didn’t work. Wasn’t until the owner came down a day before check out that it was fixed but it was too cold that day. Overall was really……
