"View is great. Beds are comfortable. The sun comes in full on the back deck- which is great for morning coffee. The sun is full on the front deck which is great for sunsets. The full view of the water from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom is wonderful. Of note… the only plates and bowls available for renters are made of melamine which is not suitable for microwaves. Also, the very nice host, William, stays in a camper in the back yard. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this home but think it’s important to share these details. "

"Worst property ever stayed at. We had to clean it ourselves when we got there and vaccum didn't even work. So many things were broken and dirty. Moldy outdoor furniture, water leak, space heaters for downstairs. Host was Disrespectful and childish, and tried to say that place was stellar for the price but wasn't even close! The view and water was onky thing appealing. House is really small and cramped. I explained im reporting him to vrbo since he said he didn'twant anymore contact because i was whining about the conditionof property, his response was, "im looking forward to them not caring". Didn't even stay entire time because of everything that happened. "

"Perfect getaway from DC and the river views were incredible!!!Very spacious home, and we loved it! Presidents day weekend came with Eagles! Four of them! Screened in patio was amazing! Hosts were spectacular! Highly reccomend! Mvto! "
