「Room was not what was advertised in the Expedia app. Oceanfront room was a view of palm trees and the hot tub full of drunks from the 1st floor. Couldn’t even use the balcony and it was the only reason I go to the beach. Staff said the room online is not the one you are promised. If that matters to you go to a different website and guarantee your room. 」

「When we arrived to check in I was given my room. No one told me that my room had been downgraded until we went up to see it. When I called, they basically told me that since I booked with Expedia (3rd party) that I had to take what I could get. 」

「The space was very clean, they left plenty of towels and wash clothes, the laundry was easy accessible and $1 for wash $1 for dryer. The views were glorious. If you have hard time walking up stairs there’s no elevator. This is my new home whenever I’m in town. It’s small quaint and cute.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
