「1 cold in room shut A/C off, cold air still came in, had to use pillows to cover the a/c
2 heat was turned to the highest the dial can go, room still cold in the morning
3 no hot water, front desk supplied a kettle
4 the hot tap barely had running water and no hot water
NOT A HAPPY CAMPER
Very disappointed」
