“Apartment was clean, well equipped and block was quiet. Nice and comfortable. Good location in the city and close to main train station. Also close to bus route for the airport.”

Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. A tiny note, before to discover the issue of the water, I search for an airdryer all over and I didn't find it, just a diffusor, but not the airdryer”

“Trotz Buchung über Expedia, angeblich keine Kooperation mit Expedia. Buchung beim Einchecken nicht gefunden. Check out lt. Buchung bis 10.00h, niemand vor Ort um auszuchecken. Sämtliche Anrufe bei hinterlegten Nummern gingen ins Leere oder an Personen die nicht weiter helfen konnten. Overall schöne Anlage aber Umgang mit Gästen sehr ärgerlich. ”

“Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, überhaupt macht das Haus einen sehr neuen Eindruck. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar aber völlig ausreichend und gut. ”

“Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine.”

“We had a one night stayover, staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel is within about 10 min walk from the main station and about 15min from the center. A dog walk along the Drau is also within about 5 to 19 min. Nice rooms, no water kettle though, all in all a good stay.”

“Prachtig gelegen, zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Makkelijk parkeren. Hotel begint wel gedateerd te raken en heeft onderhoud nodig. Kamer wel netjes en schoon, maar bijv. badkamer is gedateerd en heeft vele gebruikssporen. ”
