「This property needs to be updated badly. The hallway leading to my room stunk, the ac filters were very dirty so we had to clean them and the ac still didn’t work that good. All in all I would not stay there again.」

「I would not return to this property. The hallway carpet is very dirty, the lighting is dark and there is a smell. The front desk staff are all kind and helpful. The room was clean however housekeeping never came to clean our room and we stayed for 4 days. The AC in the room did not consistently work. The first day the front desk had to reset it and shortly after it turned off again and we spent an entire night hot and sweaty. 「What a pleasant surprise! I enjoyed the room and the property so much I didn’t want to leave! Michel and Anthony were very helpful at the front desk resolving a billing issue. Nice breakfast with real eggs! I’ll be back if coming through Carlisle again.」
