“We had a family get together for a week. Our stay was wonderful. We had a great time. We enjoyed the views. We had plenty of room to enjoy our time together. We all agreed that we would love to visit here again.”

“The property and house were both wonderful. The views of the Kentucky hills with horses grazing, rabbits, chickens, ducks and geese roaming added to the entire experience! Our host was extremely friendly to everyone in our group. A foal was born during our time there and he willingly shared the experience with us and put up with our constant checking on the other horses that were also ready to foal. “Amazing and relaxing stay! Place was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Bunnies and horses greeted us as we arrived and throughout our stay. Keyless entry was convenient and owner was communicative and friendly. Even though I would recommend this place, I would say one downside is the location of the property. I have motion sickness and the drive to and from the location included lots of windy back roads for 20+ minutes which made me sick. Additionally, the closest convenience store is 15……

“We wanted a private spot to stay New Year's Eve after hiking the trails at RRG, but not remote. This cabin sits on just enough property to almost be considered secluded but it's right off the road. Very nice layout with a wood burning stone fireplace that burns nice and hot! The cabin sits far up from the road so it was nice to be able to walk around with our pups and let them roam a bit. Overall a very nice stay and exactly what we were looking for!”

“Our family of 4 including 2 older teens plus grandma stayed at Colliver House. This was our home base for the Railbird Music Festival. It worked out perfectly! Julia is a very attentive host. The homemade chocolate chip cookies were devoured immediately and the extras were so appreciated!!! Cheese and crackers, fresh fruit, coffee, soda, bacon and eggs, carrots to feed the horses and much, much more!! This is a very comfortable house. Not new but very clean. It feels like your visiting grandma's……

“Great location in Horse country!! The house was in need of some attention. The front glass door was falling off and wouldn’t close, the outside entry stairs are in disrepair and need to be redone, and the master bath facet was really leaking. ”
