Exactly what I needed

I booked into the room last minute and a little bit stressed after a booking mistake I made elsewhere, and I'm very glad I did. Andrew was absolutely brilliant and did everything that you could imagine to make sure I was ok, and even dropped me off to the minibus on his bike when I checked out. Complete star, thanks Andrew!

very hospitable host, he greeted us personally during check in and each time we arrived, gave recommendations and tips. Would definitely book again. note to expedia - the host said you do not notify him when the booking is made, this is not fair and can cause issues (fortunately we did not have any issues since he had space), please resolve this and notify the host when someone makes a booking!

B&B très bien situé pour les Chocolate Hills. Je l'ai peut-être manqué lors de ma réservation, mais attention : sdb commune et (plus accessoire) pas d'eau chaude ;-)

Zeer schoon, prijs kwaliteit is goed

Het huis is oud maar echt heel schoon. Kamer is klein, hadden zonder airco, niet kunnen slapen van de hitte. Hebben niets gegeten m.u.v. een candybar van de supermarkt. Hebben 2 restaurants met alleen lokale gerechten. Geen aanraders. Hadden 2 nachtjes geboekt maar zijn er maar 1 gebleven. Geen warme douche, afgelegen. Tijdens ons verblijf gaven ze regen af dus ook geen scooter gehuurd waar je mee rond kon. Deze was wel aanwezig. Gastheer was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kamer is ook niet duur dus kon er niet veel van verwachten. Prijs/kwaliteit is OK maar voor net wat meer budget heb je veel meer luxe.

One Night in Carmen

784 pesos for an economy double fan only room with shared CR and shower, toiletries included and no breakfast is slightly pricey. The room is super basic: two twins, or pushed together, one double bed...firm, some plastic chairs and a table. Ideally, the room would do well with some screens to help with air flow especially since nights can be cool and pleasant. As it is, there is no circulation besides the single fan pushing stuffy air about. That said, the property is clean, spotless even, including bathrooms. WiFi was tolerable. Local food can be found nearby, and the owner is friendly and helpful. Ideal location in Carmen, the property is secure and has ample gated parking. It's a very short distance to Chocolate Hills, making this a good place for the night.
