「Great Location walkable everywhere, quiet, spacious, perfect for our needs. The only down side is the smell from the bathrooms, but I guess Florence has that smell sometimes, like other old cities.

「We loved the little Flat for its location. We were able to walk to excellent restaurants, see the sites, museums and it was an easy walk to the Arno River for sunset gatherings and to the train station. The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars was the plumbing issue in the small bathroom with the room shower, the sewer smell outside the apartment, the beds, and the treacherous stairs leading to the Flat. The beds were just OK with inadequate pillows. My partner and I had to share a...

「The location is wonderful. The apartment is spacious and, if you don't mind the somewhat steep stairs and the single toilet, is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they addressed various minor issues professionally and in a timely manner. Information sharing could be improved, though — accessing the apartment was more complicated than necessary, for instance. All in all, very good stay.」
