"Les + : - Emplacement parfait (mer et centre à 1 mn) - Grand séjour + terrasse plein sud formant un ensemble très convivial - SDE du bas moderne - Literie très confortable - nombreux transats et chaises" Laurent - Airbnb - 23/05/2024 "Les - : - Tout le 1er étage et la cuisine sont dans leur jus - Équipement de cuisine daté et il manque des produit de base (huile, pastille lave-vaisselle…) - Très difficile de se garer à moins de 200 m (parfois beaucoup plus) au pont de l’ascension, j’imagine en été… - logement géré par une agence qui a fait le choix de faire payer la moindre prestation (draps, serviettes, chien etc.). Amende de 50€ par container non vidé ! Tout l’inverse d’un propriétaire proposant un service ++, classique aujourd’hui dans les locations, inclus et au même prix que celle-ci. Souvent le confort d’une location fait oublier ses défauts, ici connus à la signature (services payant, photos…) : pas là. Maison idéalement située sur Carnac plage.C’est dommage qu’il faille payer le parking. L’équipement est présent mais mériterait d’être remis au goût du jour. La terrace à été bien appréciée

Lieu agréable et bien placé

Hormis, la maison qui correspondait à nos attentes. Nous avons été déçus par le fait que le stationnement soit payant sans être avertis sur l'annonce de ce fait. Il faudrait trouver une solution pour les locataires qui passent plusieurs jours. Les stationnements non payants sont relativement éloignés > 500 mètres
