The Space:

This four bedroom, two bathroom vacation home is located in Agate Bay, a small community in North Lake Tahoe. This greenbelt location is bordered by National Forest land and gives the guest added privacy and easy access to hiking and biking trails. The living area has cozy furnishings and a flat screen TV that will keep you entertained while enjoying the warmth of the wood fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to cook a feast. Newly added hardwood flooring throughout adds a fantastic touch to any already cozy cabin! Agate Bay is conveniently located between all surrounding ski resorts, shopping, restaurants and local action. A great place to spend your summers/winters and vacation time!



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.



Important: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
