Beauty and luxury best describe THE GRANDE PELICAN, a premier beach front property located on the 9th floor of Pelican Watch #906. The Grande Pelican provides vacationers a clean relaxing atmosphere where there is ample opportunity to enjoy time and activities with family and friends. The entire condo, recently remodeled shows a well equipped kitchen with new built in appliances and granite counter tops. Crown moldings and over sized baseboard add charm to this lovely unit. Other features include all new lighting, ceiling fans, WIFI, TV's in all rooms and gorgeous all ceramic tile baths with rain shower heads. The convenience of ready made beds and bath towels await the weary guest. The Grande Pelican is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, boardwalk and area attractions. Guests may also enjoy the on site indoor and outdoor pools, picnic area or just relax in the hot tub. The breath taking view from the balcony overlooks 3000 feet of pristine beach and provides miles of visual pleasure. This unit is a bargain with all the upgrades and is perfect for the vacationer with discriminating taste. Maximum occupancy 6 with a King in master, double in 2nd bedroom, set of twins in 3rd bedroom. Parking for maximum 2 cars across the street.

Please note: An HOA-operated security camera has been installed on the street-facing side of the building. This camera provides surveillance of the area in front of the complex.

This place is great. The location can’t be beat. The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic. The place had everything we needed. Large balcony was wonderful for the family. Close to restaurants and shopping and about a mileFrom the boardwalk.

Only good thing is ocean view and well equipped kitchen. Beginning with elevator - so dirty you hated even to put a bag on the floor. Also had cockroaches Chairs and tiny tables on porch need to be replaced - too dirty to clean, i tried. Plastic covers on all bed mattresses - told "protection from bed bugs" which means they had them. Other way to get rid of these. The covers make you sweat in your sleep. Sheets - the cheapest quality you can buy Cockroach in main bedroom bathroom sinks are clogged Building - overall condition is terrible Don't stay here.

Place is nice but you don’t anything extra for the price.

Towels are cheap and you only get 1. Beds aren’t comfortable. Floor wasn’t mopped so we had to clean the place the first day. No extras like most places do. No hand soap or anything. Location is perfect. View was perfect. Cheap deck furniture. We won’t stay here again but we did live the location.

I just wanted to reach out to let you know about a few things with my stay. I was at the Pelican Watch in unit 906 from Sunday August 23rd-Sunday August 30th. I ended up leaving Saturday evening so I left the key fob and parking pass in the drop box that night. 1. We did not receive any bath mats so I did not want to be charged for them since they would not be in the laundry bag 2. The full bed bedroom is where my adult daughter stayed. The bed was not clean. There were sheets from before that were covered in sand and had stains on them. We took them off the bed and included them in the laundry bag. 3. The master bathroom shower door is broken. It would not slide so getting in and out was challenging 4. The light cover in the master bathroom is missing. Was a bit unnerving having the electric components exposed in a room that builds moisture. I honestly just wanted to point these out and provide feedback. We did enjoy the stay and other than the one bed, the place was clean.
